Student-athletes will have competitive opportunities in their respective Saskatchewan High Schools Athletic Association leagues and sanctioned tournaments. The traditional high school team model ensures the proper balance for these Hounds, who will have additional Leadership and Sports mental development classes to assist with their progress and confidence. Hounds Varsity and JV players will focus on both personal, academic, and athletic growth and have immense opportunities to further develop their talent as they pursue their goals of winning a league, regional and provincial championship, and for some, competing at the next level.

Read MoreThe Prep Basketball Program is made up of high-performance players who are on a solid path towards and have goals of recruitment towards a post-secondary women’s basketball scholarship in the NCAA, USport or CCAA. The Hounds Prep team practices and prepares physically and mentally in a demanding university style approach. On court team and individual development, the use of in-depth film review, scouting reports, digital playbooks, a mandatory intense strength/conditioning program and additional tools provide all contribute to each player's daily development.
